จะบอกว่าตอนนั้นเท่าฝาหอยจริงๆ ยังกล้าขอ เพื่อที่จะไปอาบแดด บวกกับคุณพ่อชอบ

– ทากันแดด หรือครีมที่มีส่วนผสมของสารกันแดด ในตอนเช้าก่อนออก
จากบ้าน เพื่อป้องกันผิวเราจากแสงแดดที่จะทำลายผิว
– สครับตัวอาทิตย์ละ 1-2 ครั้ง โดยเลือกสครับที่บำรุงผิว เม็ดเล็ก ไม่บาดผิว
สครับจะช่วยผลัดเซลล์ผิวที่ตายแล้ว ผิวที่หยาบกร้านออกไป ผิวจะนุ่มค่ะ
